How to Use This Tool

This tool lets you propose adjusted meeting times for meetings already on the calendar.

Confirm your original meeting date using the first calendar below.

Propose alternative dates using the second calendar. You can add as many options as you'd like.

Check all participants you'd like included. Make sure to check your own name so you can add your preferences too.

Set a deadline by which you'd like all responses submitted.

Click "Create Poll" to launch it.

How reminders work: Reminders are enabled by default. Three reminders will be equally spaced between the poll creation date and your deadline, sent only to those who haven't responded yet.

Notifications: As the poll creator, you'll be notified each time someone submits their vote and once all responses are in, so you can log in and see the final results. All participants have full visibility into the results.
